Delivery of goods

WE DELIVER THROUGHOUT ALL OF LITHUANIA

For delivery of goods outside of Lithuania please contact us by filling in the form on the contact page and we will contact you personally regarding the delivery terms and price.

DELIVERY PRICE

If your order in the e-shop www.krinona.lt is over 29 Eur delivery will be FREE OF CHARGE throughout all Lithuania (except for The Curonian Spit*).

If your order is less than 29 Eur the delivery price will be 2.90 Eur throughout all Lithuania regardless of the size of the goods purchased (except for the Curonian Spit*). Delivery price will be included in the total amount of the order, which will be shown on the issued invoice.

Delivery of goods on Saturday costs an additional 2.89 Eur.

*Delivery to the Curonian Spit costs 20.28 Eur



DELIVERY TIMELINES

Parcels are delivered to customers via courier service on weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm. It is not possible to indicate specific delivery hours to the courier.

If your ordered product is in the central warehouse, and you pay by e-banking, cash on delivery or by bank transfer, we will deliver the parcel within 1-3 working days. If you place your order before 2 pm you can expect delivery the next working day (if the product is in the central warehouse).

DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS

All goods are delivered by the courier service to the address specified in your order information. Before the delivery the courier will send an SMS message to the phone number specified in the order with the tracking number and the planned delivery time.

You can change the delivery address by contacting the courier service with the phone number provided in the message indicating the tracking number of the parcel.

IMPORTANT

  • If the product is delivered according to a special order we will coordinate the delivery separately.
  • Delivery time for individual goods may vary. We will inform about delivery time. Orders with multiple items can be delivered in separate parcels.


ATTENTION!

  • While receiving a parcel you must check the condition of it.
  • If you notice that your parcel is damaged it is obligatory to write down comments about damaged packaging in the presence of the courier or you can refuse to accept the parcel.
  • If you accept a parcel and sign without any comments it is considered that the parcel was delivered without any damage and that could make the investigation of any claims for external damage of the goods more difficult. In any case, the product warranty obligations remain.
  • When paying by cash on delivery you must have the exact amount of cash.
