Returns and warranty

Buyers from the store www.krinona.lt belonging to UAB Krinona, have the right to withdraw from the contract of purchase without giving reason, notifying the seller in writing within 14 days from the moment of the delivery or collection of the product. If the returned (exchanged) product is of good quality, the buyer pays the costs of the returned product to the seller. In case the delivered goods do not meet the quality requirements, the seller pays the return (exchange) costs. Goods are returned via DPD courier service.

Upon receipt of the returned product and assessing its quality, the Seller shall return the money for the product and its delivery costs to the buyer within 14 days from the receipt of a written notice of withdrawal from the purchase and sale agreement. If only part of the purchased goods is returned, delivery costs are not refundable.

The product must be unused, returned in the original packaging (with instructions and warranty card, if they were delivered with the product). Refunds must be accompanied by a VAT invoice, which was received with the consignment, or any other document confirming the purchase of the goods from the seller. 

The buyer is responsible for the complete set of the returned product. If the item is not in complete set, the seller will not accept the returned item.

The quality guarantee provided by the seller does limit the rights of the buyer, which are established by legal acts when purchasing a product or service of poor quality.
